隨著科技的發展與網際網路的普及,無論是課堂或是家中等任何場所,影片學習已是現今常見的學習工具之一,但是影片訊息連續出現的特性,容易使學習者產生瞬態效應,從而影響學習效果。而分割效應則是將連續影片分割成有意義的小片段,藉此減低學習者的認知負荷,本研究透主要在探討過護生老人長期照護課程期末測驗,將數位評分與護理客觀結構式臨床測驗(OSCE)結合,並針對其數位影片分割之回饋,從五個面向探究護生的學習滿意度、自我效能、易用性、參與度及學習成效是否有提升。研究對象為台灣某科技大學,大四之護理系學生,學生共30名,研究採量化與質化進行分析。研究結果顯示護生,將數位影片分割之回饋融入護理客觀結構式臨床測驗

之學習滿意度、自我效能、系統易用性、參與度皆採積極正面的態度,並在男女性別上無顯著差異,且無論男、女護生皆能強化護理學習成效,進而提升臨床技能知識的表現。
