Video Scripts:

1. What’s the weather like in your country?

It depends on which part of the country you are referring to. I’m currently living in the North, I would say the weather is a bit comfortable because it has all four seasons but sometimes the weather can also get pretty extreme, especially in the summer when the temperature can reach up to 40 degree celcius due to terrifying drastic heatwaves sweeping across the city.

2. Which season do you like best?

I’m a big fan of summer I think summer is the best season because all the sport activities or physical activities are at their ultimate level in the summer because you sweat and by sweating your body detoxifies so it’s really good for you, it’s like refreshing although every now and then I might get some serious skin complaints like rash or allergies.

3. Do you do different things in different weather?

Yeah I surely do. I mean I do a lot of exercises during the summer time. But when it comes to winter, when the weather is bleak, the sky looks so grey and dull and because of the thick cloud cover, I find myself so draggy and completely not productive at all

4. Would you prefer to live in a place that has the same weather all year, or a place that has four seasons?

I must say that I am lucky to have four seasons to enjoy although the sharp distinction among season is slowly disappearing in the North. It’s kind of boring to me if we have only just one season all year, like the Southern part of Vietnam, the weather is hot all year round and only have two seasons which are rainy season and dry season.

5. Do you think the weather is more important to people who play sports?

Absolutely yes, especially to people who play outdoor sports are most affected. For instance, thas a significant impact on the performance of athletes. High temperature can cause various heat illnesses such as heat cramps and heatstroke, while very low temperatures may lead to hypothermia.

Blazewrath

為了解決winter sports not in的問題,作者Ortiz, Amparo 這樣論述:

How to Train Your Dragon meets Quidditch through the Ages in this debut fantasy, set in an alternate contemporary world, in which people compete with dragons in an international sports tournament.Seventeen-year-old Lana Torres has always preferred dragons to people. In one week, sixteen countries wi

ll ship out riders and their dragons to the dunes of Dubai, where the Blazewrath World Cup is being held. Lana is gunning for a spot in her native Puerto Rico's team as their Runner--the only player without a dragon steed. While dragon riders score points in the skies, the runners must race past fla

mes from rival dragons to be the first to get the Iron Scale to the top of the tallest dune. After rescuing a prized dragon from an attacker, Lana finds herself with an unexpected gift from the International Federation of Blazewrath: A spot on the team. Reality sets in, however, when faced with the a

ctual prospect of fleeing the seven-headed Hydras of Greece, dodging fireballs from the Russian Gorynych, and battling against the Chinese Shen-lung. What's worse, Lana has to deal with the return of The Sire, an ancient dragon who's been cursed to remain in human form. He might not be able to wield

magic anymore, but The Sire's army is burning down dragon sanctuaries, freeing the captive dragons and murdering humans. And he will not stop until the Blazewrath World Cup is shut down. Permanently. All Lana ever wanted to be was a Runner, but now she must choose between playing the game she's bee

n chosen for, or fighting the war no one asked her to. Amparo Ortiz was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and currently lives on the island’s northeastern coast. Her short story comic, "What Remains in The Dark," appears in the Eisner Award-winning anthology Puerto Rico Strong (Lion Forge, 2018), and

SAVING CHUPIE, her middle grade graphic novel, comes out with HarperCollins in Winter 2022. She holds an M.A. in English and a B.A. in Psychology from the UPR’s Río Piedras campus. When she’s not teaching ESL to her college students, she’s teaching herself Korean, devouring as much young adult fict

ion as she can, and writing about Latinx characters in worlds both contemporary and fantastical.
