背景:胰臟腫瘤切除手術是唯一能使胰臟癌治癒的治療方法,過去研究多著重於探討胰臟癌術後營養狀態、疲憊程度及生活品質之變化。然而,術後12個月胰臟癌術後疲憊對於病患之營養狀態與生活品質之改變所扮演的角色其相關機轉仍不甚明瞭,其三者之相關性亟待探討。目的:瞭解胰臟切除術後十二個月內胰臟癌病患營養狀態、疲憊和生活品質之改變,並探討影響胰臟切除術後胰臟癌病患生活品質之影響因子中,疲憊在營養狀態及生活品質間所扮演的角色。方法:本文為次級資料分析,採縱貫性、相關性研究設計。原研究採立意取樣,於北部某醫學中心之胰臟外科門診追蹤之胰臟癌術後病患為收案對象,本研究擷取其部分資料,樣本數共為89人。資料收集時間為
術前、術後3、6、12個月共4次,以測量身體組成成分、上下肢肌力及迷你營養量表(Mini Nutritional Assessment, MNA)評估受試者之營養狀態。使用疲倦症狀量表(Fatigue Symptom Inventory, FSI)評估其疲憊程度及癌症治療功能性評估一般量表(The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General, FACT-G)評估其生活品質,並以自擬之基本人口學與疾病治療資料表收集受試者之基本資料。以IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0版進行資料分析,統計方式包含描述性統計、無母數檢定、Spearm

臺灣女子舉重自20世紀八十年代發展至今,不斷出現優秀選手。2000年女子舉重成為夏季奧林匹克運動會正式項目後,臺灣女子舉重運動員更是屢獲佳績,成為獲得奧運獎牌最多的項目。尤其2021年東京奧運會上,女子舉重獲得一金一銅,更是提高大眾對女子舉重的關注。本論文影像深度報導以女性舉重運動員及教練為主體,討論臺灣女子舉重面臨的挑戰。論文分為兩個部分,第一部分以學術研究的方式,梳理女子舉重在國際與臺灣的發展脈絡,並探討舉重「陽剛性」運動中的性別歧視現象。第二部分則採用影像報導,由訪談對象講述其親身經歷,呈現不同年齡的女性教練與選手,如何在練舉重過程中經歷的傷病低谷,以及刻板印象、性別差異所帶來的問題;
同時也展示她們對舉重的態度,討論女性從事舉重運動的意義。研究及訪談發現,臺灣女子舉重縱然在國際賽場表現亮眼,但受限於運動本身特性,在臺灣本地缺少觀眾基礎。女性運動員克服傷病等因素,努力拿出亮眼表現,但刻板印象仍然存在,導致從事舉重運動的女性在運動場外,必須不斷證明自己符合所謂「傳統女性特質」。而這些刻板印象也致使基層在招生方面遇到困難。如今,新一代選手和教練嘗試擺脫傳統觀念,讓運動員發揮所長,展現個性,也希望更多人看到練習舉重帶給女性的力量和自信。
