臺灣東部海域微型塑膠濃度分佈

目前全球每年生產超過3億噸的塑膠，每年約有800萬噸的塑膠廢棄物被排入海洋，且在物理風化過程下形成微型塑膠(塑膠顆粒< 5.0 mm)。這些微型塑膠具有長程跨境傳輸及攜帶病菌或污染物的能力，對海洋生態造成負面衝擊。然而，臺灣附近海域之微型塑膠相關研究仍然欠缺。有鑒於此，本次研究於2019/9/23-2019/9/29期間利用330 μm網目之蝠網採集器調查臺灣東部海域的微型塑膠濃度分佈情形。研究結果顯示，測站之濃度範圍為未檢出(N.D.)至0.15 items/m3，平均濃度為0.053 ± 0.03 items/m3。濃度分佈則呈現近岸較離岸高，且宜蘭縣外海之離岸高於花蓮及臺東縣外海。而臺

灣東北角之逆時針海流則可能牽引西半部的水流並帶入塑膠廢棄物，致使宜蘭縣外海沿岸至外海出現較高微型塑膠濃度。此外，本研究利用黑潮具有較高溫高鹽環流之特性，以判斷採樣點位是否位於黑潮範圍中，進而評估微型塑膠進入黑潮環流之情形。從溫鹽數據可知於部分測站位於黑潮範圍，且有較高微型塑膠之濃度，由此可說明臺灣東部海域之微型塑膠不僅分佈於沿海區域，也存在於黑潮主軸中。該研究提供微型塑膠輸入海洋環境後，可進一步長程傳輸進入西北太平洋環流系統的證據。

本研究對象為進入新北市土城國民運動中心滑冰場之顧客，主要探討滑冰場的服務品質、顧客滿意度及受試者背景變項之差異情形，再分析服務品質與顧客滿意度之相關情形。本研究採問卷調查法，使用便利抽樣方式，發放問卷340份，其中有效問卷為317份，回收有效率93.2%。根據實際調查所得數據，以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析得以下結論：一、土城運動中心滑冰場男性較多，年齡以30-39歲比例最高，教育程度以大學學歷最多，職業身分類別以學生最多，月均收入以30,001-50,000元台幣居多，消費項目以單次票券最多，居住地以新北市最多，使用次數以每周2-3次最多

，使用時間以1-2小時最多。二、在構面分析部分，服務品質排序分別為：1、保證性；2、反應性；3、關懷性；4、有形性。在顧客滿意度構面排序分別為：1、人員服務；2、價格；3、商品資訊；4、環境設施。三、不同年齡、教育程度、消費項目、使用次數之受試者在服務品質「有形性」構面上達顯著差異；不同居住地之受試者在服務品質「保證性」構面上達顯著差異；不同使用時間之受試者在服務品質「反應性」構面上達顯著差異。不同年齡之受試者在滿意度「商品資訊」構面上達顯著差異；不同教育程度之受試者在滿意度「價格」構面上達顯著差異；不同消費項目、使用次數、使用時間之受試者在滿意度「人員服務」構面上達顯著差異。四、服務品質的保

證性、關懷性、反應性、有形性構面和顧客滿意度的人員服務、價格、環境設施、商品資訊構面均呈顯著正相關。
