研究背景: 職業用嗓者為易發嗓音障礙的高危族群，教師因其工作需要造成較大的嗓音負荷，容易有嗓音疲勞的情形發生，而長時間的嗓音疲勞容易產生嗓音障礙。間接嗓音治療法，包含嗓音衛教、放鬆運動與腹式呼吸已知能促進正面的用嗓行為，然而如何能幫助有嗓音疲勞的教師仍不清楚。研究目的: 本研究的目的為量化小學教師在一個月中職業嗓音負荷相關的嗓音變化，並探討間接嗓音治療法是否能減輕其所造成的影響。研究方法: 本研究總共納入了60位女性小學老師:(1)實驗組(n=30)進行一堂間接嗓音治療課程與為期一個月的自主執行，搭配每日執行紀錄單；(2)對照組(n=30)在一個月期間則無進行任何介入。兩組受試者於一個月前後

均進行嗓音測量，包括:(1)聲學測量(基頻、音強、頻率與振幅微擾、諧波噪音比、倒頻譜峰值)；(2)電聲門測量(基頻、頻率與振幅微擾、接觸商數)；(3)嗓音障礙指數量表(VHI-10)；(4)嗓音疲勞指數量表(VFI)。研究結果: 以單因子相依變異數分析之結果顯示，經過一個月後，實驗組在聲學測量之平均基頻、頻率微擾、振幅微擾有顯著下降，諧波噪音比有顯著上升，對照組在電聲門測量之平均基頻、頻率及振幅微擾有顯著下降，而兩組的嗓音障礙指數量表分數均顯著上升。以共變數分析之研究結果顯示，實驗組在聲學測量之對話中平均基頻及頻率微擾相對於對照組有顯著下降。結論: 本研究結果顯示，在聲學測量及嗓音障礙指數量表
