中文摘要星巴克(Starbucks)目前為全球最大的咖啡連鎖店,非常受到白領菁英階級和青少年喜愛和惠顧,優質且具創意的產品與服務,明確的市場定位以及積極的營銷策略,使得星巴克迅速成長為全球知名品牌。情感性品牌依附會影響顧客對於品牌是否願意投入更多的時間與金錢,甚至對其他競爭品牌產生抵抗意識,不但保持企業銷售的穩定,行銷成本也會降低,還能增進經營績效。本研究主要探討星巴克的顧客之自我一致性(實際自我一致性、理想自我一致)、情感性品牌依附與自尊三者之間的關係,並檢視自尊對實際自我一致性、理想自我一致性與情感性品牌依附的干擾效果,本研究以台灣地區星巴克的顧客做為研究探討的對象,採便利抽樣方式取得樣

本,在調查現場發放結構式問卷,調查時間為2015年1月至2月,有效問卷351份,隨後本研究採用SPSS分析軟體進行描述性分析、信度分析、驗證性分析、相關分析,並進行T檢定、ANOVA及階層迴歸分析。本研究結果發現,顧客的「實際自我一致」「理想自我一致」會正向影響「情感性品牌依附」;且「自尊」對「情感性品牌依附」具有顯著影響;「自尊」對「實際自我一致」與「情感性品牌依附」之關係具干擾效果,但自尊對「理想自我一致」與「情感性品牌依附」之關係並無顯著性干擾。根據本研究結果發現,建議管理者必須研擬相關策略,以提升其惠顧者情感性品牌依附,以作為永續經營之參考。
