摘要本研究目的在探討影響長榮大學運動選手訓練參與動機及阻礙因素的現況,並瞭解不同背景變項之運動選手訓練參與動機及訓練阻礙的差異情形,做為未來本校施政及運動選手訓練改進之相關參考依據。本研究以問卷調查方法來進行相關研究,工具為自編之長榮大學運動選手訓練參與動機及訓練阻礙因素問卷。本研究以立意取樣方式進行,以長榮大學運動選手為研究對象,各項研究資料是以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、事後比較、t 檢定等方法進行。研究結果發現:一、選手訓練參與動機以樂趣與滿足為主。二、選手訓練阻礙因素以教練與器材最高。三、不同變項選手訓練參與動機達到顯著差異包括:運動項目、性別、年級、學制、球齡、比賽經歷、每週練習

背景:濕疹多因於遺傳、環境、飲食不當及細菌感染等,反覆發作,不易治癒且影響生活品質。臨床給予類固醇治療,以抗發炎止癢,卻易產生副作用,導致皮膚變薄。在中醫的觀點,認為濕疹主要是先天稟賦不佳,再加上外邪侵襲導致,辨證以風濕熱邪為標,臟腑功能失調為本。治則常用祛風燥濕、清熱解毒、涼血生肌之中藥材煎煮藥液,用於外治法治療濕疹,效果不錯,但配合度不高。再者,台灣中草藥在臨床應用上,其效果不亞於傳統中藥。本研究用藥乃取自王人澍醫師之臨床經驗方「黃柏洗方」,即為固有成方「苦參洗湯」予以加減後,加入左手香、小本七層塔等民間中草藥,煎湯取液後,製成乳霜劑型,將試驗用製劑取適量於患處早晚塗抹,一天二次,每兩周
拍照記錄並填寫問卷量表,為期12周共6次。方法:本研究採面訪進行問卷,收案地點為台中慈濟醫院中醫部門診患者,收案期間為110年4月至110年11月,收案人數28人,最終完成人數10人,再依其6次量表結果加以統計分析。評估方法以患處部位拍照及使用「DLQI」、「SCORAD」及「EASI」三種皮膚量表進行評估。探討:使用試驗用製劑前後,針對皮膚生活品質量表「Dermatology Life Quality Index, DLQI」、異位性皮膚炎評估「SCORing Atopic Dermatitis, SCORAD」及濕疹面積暨嚴重度指數「Eczema Area and Severity Ind
ex, EASI」,是否能有效改善其相關生活品質與皮膚症狀。結果:就受試者特質而言,受試者90%為女性居多;各年齡層都有分佈;3年病程為最多佔50%,其次為1年以內佔30%;病位則以下肢最少,佔10%,其餘上肢、軀幹及全身各佔30%。在DLQI的整體生活品質由高度影響至輕度影響(16.2→4.5);在SCORAD由中度影響至輕度影響(34.52→10.42);在EASI中則輕度至輕度(4.98→1.39)治療前後皆p<0.05,達顯著性,具統計上差異。結論:中草藥萃取液的乳霜劑型針對濕疹患者,在治療上不僅成效顯著且又兼俱保濕功能及使用便利性,因此,可以提供濕疹患者治療的另一選擇。
