改質甜菜鹼界面活性劑之合成與性質研究

為了解決S2 WE的問題,作者馬慧惠 這樣論述:

本研究以無水甜菜鹼和鹽酸進行酸化改質,再以改質後甜菜鹼和分散性良好之聚乙二醇(Polyethylene Glycol;PEG Mw:600,1000,2000,4000)作為親水基鏈段和辛酸進行酯化反應,製備出一系列改質甜菜鹼界面活性劑。合成後之產物,以表面張力儀測定表面張力,接觸角測定儀進行潤濕性測試,導電度計檢測其導電性,起泡儀測定其起泡高度及泡沫安定性,並以粒徑分析儀及顯微鏡檢測合成產物之乳化性能,藉此探討此改質甜菜鹼界面活性劑其基本性質。經實驗得知以合成產物RTP600 之CMC值最小,最具降低表面張力能力,並且潤濕效果及乳化安定性最佳,一系列合成產物均具有較低之起泡性。化學需氧量實

驗結果分析方面,除了RTP1000略高於陰離子界面活性劑SDS以外,其他均比市售界面活性劑低,又以RTP2000化學需氧量最低,表示產物對環境污染小,顯示具備綠色環保界面活性劑之條件。
