市場是城市生活的縮影,是生活的日常,各種不同多樣化的商業空間豐富都市的組成、滿足人們的選擇,傳統市場被視為都市文化之窗,存在有其必要性,但卻逐漸沒落中、現代化的生鮮超級市場為單一經營並且經過規劃,隨著生活習慣與經濟結構的變化,逐漸成為人們日常採購的主要空間。傳統市場與超市就像在天秤的兩端,許多研究就消費行為以及商業模式討論這兩者,但以空間構成做為比較的研究尚屬少見。本研究旨在探討在不斷超級化的市場空間構成中,傳統市場與超級市場所有的消費經驗差異以及其關聯性,本研究以三個不同的生鮮市場空間案例,頂好超市、大龍市場與上引水產透過觀察來繪製出平面圖與分析接著並以空間型態構成理論進行量化分析,並以消

費體驗來討論。從空間關係中可以發現生鮮市場有共通點,是具有環形動線組織與分配性之空間,雖為不同的生鮮市場類型,但共同方向都為以超市為目標,只是努力的方向不同。頂好為發展較早的連鎖企業,貨架統一且可應各種季節需求變化更動,整體上更有效率地利用使用。改建後大龍市場雖在設備環境上向超市看齊,卻因為與傳統市場互相違背的原則而失去了傳統市場透過閒逛與店家產生互動之特色。觀光的意義為身歷其境,上引水產在從五感開始出發讓購物也成一種體驗的過程。面對消費型態與科技的結合,生鮮市場空間從生活必須場所,變成一種選擇性空間,除了形式上空間的規劃與設計,往往其中也造成消費行為的變化。後續研究將增加更多室內空間特色之研

究以及以消費者的角度探討空間舒適度。

島上讀冊:獨立書店與澎湖社區之互動關係

本研究旨在探討獨立書店與在地社區的互動關係,以澎湖離島馬公市的一間獨立書店草生讀冊為主要研究對象,並透過書店相關參與者的人際網絡,研究者走訪其他間獨立書店,藉此回應以下問題:草生讀冊如何在澎湖實踐經營一間有想法和理念的獨立書店?獨立書店在澎湖社區中擔任什麼樣的角色與功能?臺灣對獨立書店的既有研究與文本多著重於經營模式及消費者形態的符號意義,關於獨立書店與社區互動關係的相關研究為數不多(例:黃議霆,2011;簡逸君,2012),離島在地理環境上的隔絕與孤立對資源與資訊的流通帶來隔離。研究者以離島作為研究場域去探討獨立書店如何與在地社區互動,也藉此一探獨立書店在澎湖離島如何發展出獨有的樣貌。因此

,研究者在2020年採用參與觀察及深度訪談方法,參與書店舉辦的相關活動,並訪談草生讀冊的店主人、顧客與在地居民共19名,及其他間獨立書店工作人員共3名。研究者的分析著重於他們對澎湖離島的獨立書店的細緻覺察與詮釋。本研究以質性研究呈現獨立書店與社區互動的在地觀點,研究結論共有三點:一、獨立書店多採用複合式經營模式,尋求書籍販售以外的收入,增加書店整體營收,以求永續經營。二、獨立書店擔當了部份在地傳統社會組織的角色,成為一個多功能的公共空間。獨立書店除了書籍的販售,為特定顧客群提供用心的選書之外,也會辦理講座、音樂會和展覽,提供參與者更多學習的機會。三、獨立書店為臺灣當代社會非主流議題保留一個空間

,提供保存文化多樣性的可能。
