本研究旨在探討國小運動團隊學童的參與動機、教練領導行為與運動樂趣,並以不同的學童背景變項探討學童的參與動機、教練領導行為與運動樂趣之差異情形,並探究三者整體關聯性與影響情形。本研究以臺南市佳里國小運動團隊學童為研究對象,問卷採用便利抽樣法方式進行採樣,實際發放142份問卷,回收有效問卷133份,有效問卷回收率為97.8%,以SPSS 23.0版套裝軟體為分析工具,以描述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析,進行問卷資料的彙整與分析,所得結論如下:一、 國小運動團隊學童的參與動機屬於高強度感受,其中以「健康適能」的動機最高;對教練的領導行為屬於正面的中高認同
