some Dan Dan soup
some Niku Miso
some Komatsuna namul
some zha cai
some Ma-Yu
some Ra-Yu
some Szechuan pepper powder
some minced Japanese leek.

Komatsuna namul
1 bunch Komatsuna
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
some sesame seeds

Zha cai
1 zha cai
1 tsp sesame oil

Ma-yu
5 gloves garlic
50 ml lard

Niku miso
300 g ground pork
1 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
some salt and pepper
some Szechuan pepper powder

Dan Dan soup
150 g Tahini
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vinegar
50 ml soy sauce
300 ml chicken bone soup
some Neri Karashi

Tahini
120 g sesame seeds
50 ml salad oil
