由於新冠肺炎的影響民眾的日常生活,因此本研究針對運動參與族群,討論疫情下其對於休閒阻礙、防疫措施、休閒參與、休閒運動種類及幸福感之現況,並探究各變項之間的關聯影響。研究目的:(1) 探討疫情下不同背景的運動族群之休閒阻礙、防疫措施、休閒運動參與、休閒運動類型和幸福感之差異現況。(2) 探討疫情下運動族群的休閒阻礙對休閒參與的影響關係。(3) 探討疫情下運動族群的休閒阻礙對幸福感的影響關係。(4) 探討疫情下運動族群的防疫措施對休閒參與的影響關係。(5) 探討疫情下運動族群的休閒參與對幸福感的影響關係。(6) 探討疫情下運動族群的防疫措施對幸福感的影響關係。研究方法:本研究採用問卷調查法進行資

料之蒐集,並以李克特五點式量表計分,問卷依據研究架構之研究變項編制相關題項。問卷發放方式為網路問卷,共計蒐集400問卷並取得388份有效問卷。本研究將所蒐集的資料進行敘述性統計分析、差異分析並以結構方程模式分析,驗證研究架構變項中之因果關係。研究結果:在敘述性統計部分:在休閒阻礙的構面以「疫情阻礙」(3.59)為最高,在防疫措施的構面以「自我保護」(4.14)為最高,在幸福感的構面為「幸福感」(3.54)。在差異性分析中:已婚者之防疫措施舉措高於未婚者。在休閒參與部分在性別、職業、教育程度、平均月收入、運動場所型態及休閒運動調適皆有顯著差異。在因果分析部分,休閒運動參與者之休閒阻礙對休閒參與有

顯著負向的影響、休閒運動參與者之休閒阻礙對幸福感無顯著影響、休閒運動參與者之防疫措施對休閒參與有顯著正向的影響。休閒運動參與者之休閒參與對幸福感無顯著影響。休閒運動參與者之防疫措施對幸福感有顯著正向的影響。結論與建議:本研究發現參與運動者之運動型態多為體適能活動,頻率為2~3次,且強度介於輕鬆或疲憊,因此建議運動參與者可嘗試多樣化之運動型態,及增加運動頻率,藉此可增強不同部分之體適能。而在差異分析部分發現教育程度較高及收入較高之民眾之參與頻率較高,因此宜多鼓勵教育程度較低及收入較低之民眾也應多多運動以促進身體健康。在因果關係分析結果發現休閒阻礙對休閒參與有負向影響,在休閒阻礙部分,許多民眾覺得

比較缺乏可以到那些運動場所的資訊,以及對運動場館的清潔消毒有疑慮,因此建議各地區政府可藉由網路或新聞傳媒,提供民眾獲取那些地方可以去活動筋骨或運動之資訊,降低因疫情所造成之運動參與阻礙,而對許多運動場館而言,可加強清潔消毒之頻率,並提供酒精以及乾洗手等等,讓運動民眾可較放心至該場所運動。而在防疫措施對運動參與及幸福感之正向影響部分,發現若民眾做好並遵守防疫規定,就比較有自信外出做運動,並能增加幸福感,因此政府宜善加利用此結果,宣傳防疫措施可做好自我保護,並能加強民眾運動參與率,並增進其幸福感。
