本研究針對自由潛水者認真性休閒特質對遊憩專門化與休閒效益的影響進行探究。研究對象為從事自由潛水半年以上且年滿18歲的自由潛水者,研究工具為研究者自行編製之認真性休閒特質量表(包含認真努力、認真心理、認真生涯三個因素)、遊憩專門化量表(包含專門認知行為、專門情感兩個因素)、休閒效益量表(包含心理效益、生理效益、社交效益三個因素),資料蒐集方式係採用便利抽樣法結合滾雪球抽樣法,以Google表單發放問卷(共回收有效問卷343份),所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析,研究結果顯示:(一)不同居住地在專門認知行為、心理效益、生理效益上具有顯著差異,不同職業類別在專門

認知行為、社交效益上具有顯著差異。(二)不同頻率、時間、年資、裝備、證照、花費在認真性休閒特質、遊憩專門化、休閒效益之構面上具有顯著差異,惟在生理效益上均未達顯著差異。(三)認真心理、認真生涯對專門認知行為具有顯著正向影響,認真努力、認真心理及認真生涯對專門情感皆具有顯著正向影響。(四)專門情感對心理效益、生理效益、社交效益皆具有顯著正向影響。(五)認真努力對生理效益、社交效益具有顯著正向影響,認真心理對心理效益、生理效益、社交效益皆具有顯著正向影響,認真生涯對心理效益具有顯著正向影響。本研究證實自由潛水者的認真性休閒特質會正向影響其遊憩專門化程度,而專門情感越高者獲得的休閒效益也越強烈,且認

真性休閒特質也正向影響休閒效益。根據結果,建議推廣單位可針對參與自由潛水活動的主力年輕族群進行規劃,提升從事自由潛水後產生的附加價值,藉以增進專業化程度,進而達到推動海洋運動的目標並建立自由潛水活動的價值觀。
