天母運動公園位於台北市士林區的天母地區內，其中天母棒球場目前是台北市唯一一座符合國際賽事資格的職業棒球場。但由於其興建過程曲折，在歷經多次設計變更及地方抗議下，成為一座定位不明確的棒球場。不但無法如同其他棒球場一樣正常地舉辦職業棒球比賽，也無法在平日滿足一般民眾的運動需求。近年來隨著健康及休閒意識提升，運動健身逐漸成為現代人們日常生活中重要的一部分。而天母運動公園在如今的台北都市環境內是相當廣闊的一片綠地公園，在面對天母商圈老化沒落以及棒球場使用率不佳的情況下，再加上未來台北大巨蛋即將完工啟用，天母棒球場在台北市的定位即將改變。而其對於天母地區未來發展是否還有其留存的必要?因此本研究希望藉由

後疫情時代球迷對中華職棒賽事之休閒阻礙、休閒協商、轉換成本、遊憩專門化相互影響之研究

　　各行各業受到新冠肺炎疫情影響重創，疫情影響改變國人休閒習慣。中華職棒大聯盟因應政府實施防疫措施，此舉造成球迷觀看球賽受到限制導致觀賽球迷的流失。球團藉由休閒協商策略來避免休閒阻礙帶來的負面影響。因此，本研究以結構方程式（Structural equation modeling, SEM）來探討後疫情時代球迷觀看中華職棒賽事之休閒阻礙、休閒協商、轉換成本、遊憩專門化間相互影響之關係。研究對象以曾經到球場觀看中華職棒賽事之球迷。正式問卷發放採用便利抽樣與滾雪球抽樣方式發放網路問卷，問卷共收回434份，其中無效問卷30份，有效問卷404份。信度分析結果顯示，各變項之Cronbach’s α係數

皆大於0.70，表示各變項內部一致性高。　　本研究使用SPSS 25與AMOS 20統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、信效度分析、驗證性因素分析等統計方法進行資料分析，以結構方程式（SEM）來進行模型的適配驗證與假設檢定，並分別探討轉換成本是否具有干擾效果及遊憩專門化是否具有中介效果之影響。結構方程式研究結果如下:觀看中華職棒賽事球迷之休閒阻礙對休閒協商有顯著影響；球迷之休閒阻礙對遊憩專門化有顯著影響；球迷之遊憩專門化對休閒協商有顯著影響；觀看中華職棒賽事球迷之轉換成本在休閒阻礙與休閒協商之間不具干擾的關聯性；遊憩專門化在休閒阻礙與休閒協商之間具中介的關聯性。最後本研究依據上述研究結果給

予相關建議，例如: 球迷主動增加球賽知識、增加棒球賽事轉播頻道、推廣各類的主題日活動、提供便捷交通接駁方式以及延賽退票機制更為便利等政策，提供給中華職棒大聯盟對球迷經營策略之參考。
