提升運動員的心理素質和運動表現一直是運動心理學者所重視之議題。而正念為近期運動領域新興的概念，許多研究表明正念傾向與運動表現相關之心理狀態具有正向關聯，然國內目前尚未有探討正念傾向與柔道選手之間的研究。本研究目的為探討不同背景變項對大專公開組柔道選手正念傾向、心理技能、心理韌性之差異；不同正念傾向之大專公開組柔道選手心理技能、心理韌性之關聯。本研究以205名大專公開組柔道選手為研究對象，在填寫完止觀覺察注意量表、運動心理技能與心理韌性量表後，分析比較不同背景變項之正念傾向、心理技能和心理韌性之差異。再依照正念傾向分數區分為四組不同正念傾向組別，比較不同組別在心理技能與心理韌性上之差異，最後將

三者進行皮爾森績差相關分析。研究結果顯示，男性自信心顯著高於女性，同時也發現高技術水平者在正念傾向、運動心理技能、心理韌性上得分均顯著高於低技術水平者；接著在不同正念傾向水平上發現，高正念傾向組擁有更加優異的運動心理技能與心理韌性，僅在可教導性上未發現差異。最後相關結果上同樣顯示，正念傾向與心理技能中可教導性未發現差異外，其餘所有構面均呈現顯著正相關。從研究結果能發現，較高正念傾向之大專柔道選手具有更加優異的心理狀態，故提升大專柔道選手正念傾向有其必要性，建議未來柔道訓練人員能將正念訓練與柔道中的「默想」做結合來幫助柔道選手提升正念傾向，進而提升與運動表現有關的心理狀態以及促進運動員心理健康，

此外也可能對運動表現產生積極的影響。
